Wine Critic Review: "The nose has a certain solvent aroma, with overtones of dried oak chips and dried apple slices. On the palate, a doctored vanilla and Sweet’N Low character dominates, which fortunately distracts from the more chemical-driven elements in the wine. There’s a further surprise in the form of notes of gummy peach candy and guava on the finish, fading into bubblegum. It’s an objectively terrible way to end things — just like many of the relationships on the show, amirite?" References: Based on page 96 of the Wine Folly, Chardonnay has notes of yellow apple, starfruit, pineapple, vanilla, butter. I did not get many citrus notes in this wine. I did get notes of butter and a little vanilla. But the notes of yellow apple, starfruit and pineapple I didn't get.

My review: I bought this wine to celebrate the new season of Love is Blind. Since I bought this wine for a Netflix TV show, I assumed it'd be bad. And that assumption was correct. I did not like this wine. It had a very oaky flavor. It was slightly buttery and vanilla-y but that was very subtle. There was a hint of peach that was enjoyable but that's it. Overall it mostly just tastes acidic and was not particularly pleasant to drink. On the bright side the new season of Love is Blind is very good.
